We are delighted that you want to learn more about the joyful calling of classical Christian education at Covenant. We hope you have found our website to be helpful, but the best way to get to know us is to take a tour of our school in person. We want you to hear the joyful voices that echo down our Grammar School halls and to see the passion of our dialectic and rhetoric students as they wrestle with the great ideas of history. Our Admissions Director and Head of School would be pleased to meet you and answer questions that you may have.
We want to partner with families who fully embrace our Christ-centered classical curriculum. In order to make the most of your partnership with Covenant, it is important to understand what we do and why we do it. The following resources offer an excellent introduction to our educational philosophy and approach:
The application will become available on November 1. In order to be considered for the 1st round of admissions decisions, families must apply by the January 31 Application Deadline and pay the nonrefundable $75 (per student) Application Fee (max of $225 per family; $25 per student for current families applying for a new sibling). An invitation to attend a Parent Partnership Interview will be extended after the application has been reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

Qualified applicants will attend a Parent Partnership Interview with Covenant’s Dean and Head of School by the end of February. The parent / family interview is a vital part of the Admissions Process, helping you and the school to see whether Covenant is a place where your family will flourish. The interview provides a time for us to get to know one another more personally and to ask questions of one another. Whenever possible, mom and dad should both plan to attend the partnership interview, as well as students applying for grades 4 and up.
5. Academic Assessment
Applicants (excluding Pre-K) will be invited to participate in an Academic Assessment during the month of March. These students will take an academic readiness assessment at their grade level to help us identify academic strengths and weaknesses and assure a good fit at Covenant. Our goal is to place each child in the grade that will lead to their greatest possible flourishing at Covenant.
6. Financial Aid
Families may begin applying for financial aid at any time in the Admissions Process but must complete the application by the March 7 Financial Aid Application Deadline and pay the nonrefundable $35 (per family) Application Fee to be considered for the 1st round of financial aid decisions for new families.
7. Admissions Decision
Admissions Decisions and Financial Aid Awards will be communicated by the end of March.
Families who receive an offer of admission can confirm their enrollment intention by completing online enrollment, which includes signing up for a tuition payment plan. Families must complete their online enrollment packet by the April 20 Enrollment Deadline and pay the nonrefundable $250 (per family) Enrollment Fee ($200 for current families enrolling a new sibling) to reserve their child’s spot.
