Covenant’s faculty and staff are a chief reason for our success. We seek gifted and knowledgeable educators who are committed to the Christian faith, who love students, and who are gifted and called to teach. We Are Accepting Applications for the Following Positions:

• Director of Admissions – Covenant is seeking to hire a full-time Director of Admissions. Candidates should be passionate about Classical Christian education and desire to help Covenant grow enrollment. This person should have strong interpersonal skills, be both warm and highly-organized, and have excellent communication skills.
• Grammar School Teacher – Covenant is accepting applications for a full time Grammar School teacher for our additional section of 4th grade starting in the 2025-2026 academic school year. Experience or a background in Classical Christian Education is preferred but not required.
• Grammar School Art Teacher – Covenant is accepting applications for a full time Grammar School (K-6th grades) art teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Experience or background in Classical Christian Education is preferred but not required.
• Grammar School Science Teacher – Covenant is accepting applications for a Grammar School science teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year. This person will teach a variety of science subjects to Grammar School students in 1st-6th grades. This position could be part time or full time. Experience or a background in Classical Christian Education is preferred but not required.
• Front Desk Manager – Covenant is accepting applications for a full time (school year*) Front Desk Manager. This person would graciously and professionally manage the activity of the front desk so that students, families, and faculty/staff can partner together in classical education. *This position begins two weeks before Labor Day and ends two weeks after graduation each year. For 2025-26, these dates are 8/18/25 and 6/4/26.
• Middle School Soccer Coach – Covenant is currently accepting applications for the Middle School Boys Soccer Coaching position. If you love soccer and love the Lord even more, we would love for you to consider coaching at Covenant.
• Varsity Soccer Coach – Covenant is currently accepting applications for the Varsity Boys Soccer Coaching position. If you love soccer and love the Lord even more, we would love for you to consider coaching at Covenant.
• Substitute Teachers – Covenant is seeking substitute teachers who can substitute throughout all grade levels. Confidence with all grade levels and availability on short notice is preferred, but candidates who are limited to particular grades are also welcome to apply.
